Meet the Team

Robert Gonzalez, Sr

Founder

A proud Texan through and through, Robert Gonzalez Sr. carries a legacy of 58 years within the food industry, hailing from San Antonio, the city he calls home. His expansive career features 33 years spent at one of Texas's most prominent retailers, honing his skills as a meat cutter for 3 years, serving as a deli supervisor for another 3, and supervising the market for 27 noteworthy years. For the past 20 years before he retired, he channeled his expertise into owning and operating our brokerage firm. We still lean on his vast knowledge of business from time to time. On the personal front, Robert is a family man, blessed with a loving spouse, 3 wonderful children and 5 doting grandchildren.

Cynthia Gonzalez

Owner / Administrative & Account Manager

Cynthia Gonzalez born and raised in San Antonio Texas has over 20 years in the food industry. Focusing her knowledge on administrative and account managing. Her long association with RG Marketing speaks volumes about her commitment and dedication. Cynthia brings her years of expertise to the table too, wielding a graduate degree in Business Management from the esteemed University of Texas at San Antonio.

Roberto Gonzalez Jr.

Account Manager/Business Development

Roberto Gonzalez Jr. brings a wealth of 30 years of retail industry experience to our team. He holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio, helping shape his extensive career. His roles have varied from Inventory Control and Sales Representation at Neuman Distributing to AAFES Store Management at Fort Dix/McGuire AFB and Store Director at HEB Grocery Company in Laredo and San Antonio. As an Account Manager and part of our Business Development team, Robert has been a crucial contributor to our firm for over 20 years.

Ruben Gonzalez

Account Manager/Retail Sales Director

Ruben's journey with the Texas broker market started in 2001, enhanced by his 16 plus years of valuable experience from the HEB Grocery Company. A graduate from the University of Texas at San Antonio, Ruben has dedicated over 28 years to the retail food industry. For more than 20 years now, he has been a critical component of our brokerage firm's operations.
